I have the honor to report my arrival in England in the Pera yesterday, on sick leave for 6 months, from Hong Kong. After a few days I propose to proceed to Edinburgh, for the purpose of consulting Doctor Syme, and his advice will guide my movements. Letters addressed to me, to the care of Messrs W. B. Inglis & Co., at the above address, will be immediately forwarded to me.
